Please read through these terms and conditions. By ticking the box provided when making a booking, you agree to all of the following terms and conditions. If you DO NOT agree, do not tick the box, open an account with Lion’s Breath Yoga Studio, make a booking or use this website.
Throughout this document, ‘We’ refers to Tanya Ross, Lion’s Breath Yoga Studio and other teachers employed by Lion’s Breath Yoga Studio.

We are not responsible for the safekeeping of your belongings.

You agree to the following as regards in-person, online and recorded classes:

– I am in good health. I have no medical condition or injury that would prevent me from fully participating in Lion’s Breath Yoga Studio classes. I understand that it is my continuing responsibility to ensure that I am in good health sufficient for any classes at Lion’s Breath Yoga Studio

– I have been examined by a GP in the past six months who has found me to be in good physical health and fully able to take part in any classes at Lion’s Breath Yoga Studio.

– I understand that classes at Lion's Breath Yoga Studio may be physically strenuous and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss or death.

Bookings and payment:

Please pre-book your class online as space is limited to ten mats. This involves paying in full.

Classes can be purchased individually. All classes, non-transferable.

By booking a class, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions.

All class participants of Hot Yoga must be 16 years or over. All under -18s require written consent from a parent and or legal guardian to come to a class, workshop or event at The Studio.

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to amend prices and printing errors.

The same terms and conditions apply for online classes via Zoom.

Gift vouchers:

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable. They can be used for any classes or workshops booked through Lion’s Breath Yoga Studio website or booking system.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All class cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before class starts. If you do not cancel before this time, then there is no refund for single class payments or one class passes. In the case of workshops, we operate a 48-hour cancellation policy. As a small studio, this policy is necessary in order for us to operate. Thank you for your understanding.

If Lion’s Breath Yoga Studio has to cancel a class, course, workshop or event, a full refund will be offered.

We endeavour to deliver all our classes as per the schedule and as advertised. However, classes are subject to change without notice. We might need to make minor changes to the services it provides and we reserve the right to do so. For example, due to class times, teacher substitutes or bad weather. Refunds will not be offered because of this.

Lion’s Breath Yoga Studio may have to change the services it provides to reflect Government advice, laws and regulatory requirements. If Government advice is to close the yoga studio due to the risk of Covid-19, classes will continue online.

Age restrictions:
If you are 16 and above you are able to attend any of our classes, workshops and programmes. All unders - 18s require written consent from a parent and or legal guardian to come to a class at Lion’s Breath Yoga Studio.

You must be over 16 to attend Hot yoga.

Those aged 13 and over are permitted into classes (other than Hot Yoga) with a parent or guardian present in the class with them.

Anyone under the age of 12 may only attend the Family classes with a guardian.

All children under the age of 16 years are the responsibility of the accompanying adult when in the Studio premises

Risks and responsibilities:

Using The Studio at Lion’s Breath Yoga Studio and its facilities, denotes the acceptance of the risk associated with all forms of physical exercise, before, during and after class.

Students use the facilities at their own risk. It is recommended that Lion’s Breath Yoga Studio students seek medical advice before starting a fitness regime.

Tanya Ross, Lion’s Breath Yoga Studio and staff will not be held liable for any injury or harm resulting in participation in classes or use of facilities, OR any damage or loss of personal property. Lion’s Breath Yoga Studio does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the studio, its staff or agents, but otherwise excludes all liability to students attending classes.

We comply with GDPR regulations, in respect of the EU-General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679, dated April 27 2016. This policy may change from time to time. Please check this page to ensure you are happy with any changes.

We are committed to ensuring that your personally identifiable information is kept secure and have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

We may send you emails or Whatsapp messages from time with information on the Studio, classes, special offers and so on. You can opt out of these emails at any time by ‘unsubscribing’ on the email link or by contacting us.

We do not share or sell your information to any third parties without your consent, except if it is required by law.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

Tanya Ross or Lion’s Breath Yoga Studio cannot be held responsible for any service or equipment not being available for whatever reason. Lion’s Breath Yoga Studio reserves the right to make alterations to the types of facilities provided, without notice and in its absolute discretion and Lion’s Breath Yoga Studio shall not be liable for any loss occasioned by such alterations except insofar as loss is by law, incapable of exclusion.

Please pre-book your class online as space is limited to fourteen mats. This involves paying in full.

Classes can be purchased individually or as a class pass or membership. All classes, passes and memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable. Five and Ten class passes expire six months after purchase.

By booking a class, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions.

All class participants of Hot Yoga must be 16 years or over. All under-18s require written consent from a parent and or legal guardian to come to a class, workshop or event at The Studio.

Question 3

Cancellations & Refunds

• Class Cancellations: You must cancel a class at least 12 hours before it starts to be eligible for a refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the class. This policy applies to single class payments, class passes, and block classes (e.g., 4 classes paid upfront). Full payment for block classes is due before the block starts, and no refunds will be issued for missed classes within the block.

• Workshops: We have a 12-hour cancellation policy for workshops. As a small studio, this policy is essential for our operations. Thank you for your understanding.

• Studio Cancellations: If Lion’s Breath Yoga studio cancels a class, course, workshop, or event, you will receive a full refund or the class will not be deducted from your pass.

• Schedule Changes: While we strive to deliver all classes as scheduled, classes are subject to change without notice. This may include changes in class times, teacher substitutions, or cancellations due to bad weather. Refunds will not be offered for class passes due to these changes.

• Government Guidelines: We may need to adjust our services to comply with government advice, laws, and regulatory requirements. If the government mandates the closure of the yoga studio due to Covid-19, classes will continue online.
