The Touch of Presence
7-Day Osteo-Thai Biodynamic Bodywork Training
with Catia at Lion’s Breath Yoga Studio, Tullamore
Friday 7 August – Thursday 13 August

A rare opportunity to experience a deeply embodied form of bodywork, blending Osteo-Thai Massage, Craniosacral Therapy and Osteopathic principles. Usually taught in Spain. Now in Ireland for a small group only.
For massage therapists, yoga teachers, physiotherapists, carers — or anyone called to explore the art of healing touch.

What you'll learn
More than a training. A week of deep learning, embodied touch, and personal transformation. During the 7 days you will learn:
Osteo-Thai Massage
A deeply embodied form of bodywork combining rhythmic pressure, assisted stretching, mobility, and intuitive touch.
Craniosacral Therapy
Subtle, restorative techniques that support the nervous system, invite regulation, and develop refined listening through the hands.
Osteopathic Principles
A grounded understanding of structure, fascia, joints and the relationships within the body, helping you work with greater intelligence and care.
You will also explore themes from anatomy, reciprocal tension, fascial connection, Chinese Medicine, reflexology, and awareness-based practices that help you develop presence, sensitivity and confidence in touch.
Whether for career or personal growth, this week will stay with you.

Who is this for?
This training is open to both beginners and experienced practitioners, and is especially suited to:

Meet your facilitator: Catia
Cátia brings over a decade of dedicated study and practice in the art of healing touch, grounded in her original training as an Occupational Therapist and shaped by years of advanced bodywork training across Thailand, India, Germany, and Greece. Her journey began in 2010 in Thailand with the renowned Sunshine Network, where she immersed herself in Thai Yoga Massage before going on to qualify as a certified practitioner in 2013. Since then, she has expanded her expertise through studies in Osteopathy, Craniosacral Therapy, Biomagnetism, and bioenergetic work, alongside complementary practices such as Tok Sen, Moxibustion, herbal compress therapy, and Hatha and Yin Yoga rooted in Daoist traditions.
What sets Cátia apart is not just the breadth of her training, but the depth of her approach. Her work is a refined, intuitive integration of structure, sensitivity, and presence — combining osteopathic understanding with fluid, floor-based techniques and subtle energetic awareness. Known for her deeply attuned, compassionate touch, she creates a space where the body can soften, reorganise, and return to balance. For Cátia, this work is more than technique — it is a “spiritual dance of surrender,” a practice that honours the interconnectedness of body, mind, and energy, and supports the body’s innate capacity to heal.

What you will leave with
By the end of the week, you will:
-
Understand the foundations of this integrated bodywork approach
-
Learn how to offer touch with more confidence, sensitivity and skill
-
Develop a deeper awareness of fascia, joints, structure and nervous system response
-
Be able to give a restorative and intelligent hands-on treatment
-
Refine your presence, intuition and ability to listen through touch
-
Receive a 50-hour certification as a foundation for further practice
For some, this week will open a new professional pathway. For others, it will simply be one of the most nourishing and meaningful weeks they have given themselves in a long time.

Experiencing Catia’s work
“The best bodywork I have ever received was from Catia during my own training in Spain. There is a depth, intuition and quality to her touch that is incredibly rare. I knew immediately I wanted to bring her to Ireland so others could experience and learn this work.”
— Tanya Ross, Founder of Lion’s Breath Yoga Studio
