Join us for a retreat designed to foster connections—with others, with your life force energy, and most importantly, with yourself.

Welcome, Grounding Yoga & Meditation with Tanya 10am

Begin the retreat with a warm welcome and a grounding practice led by Tanya. This session will include a gentle warm up yoga flow along with meditation techniques to help you fully connect with the present moment and setting your sankalpa (intention) for the day. (30 mins)


Dynamic Pilates Session with Belinda 10.30am

Following the grounding session, Belinda will guide you through a unique Pilates practice. Known for her attentive and knowledgeable approach, Belinda breaks down each pose to help you identify muscle activation and bring greater awareness to your body. Enjoy a fun and engaging Pilates flow sequence designed to invigorate and energize. (50mins)

Breathwork and Optional Cold Plunge 11.30am

After Pilates, take a break for a breathwork session to deepen your connection to your breath and calm your mind. For those looking to enhance the experience, we offer an optional (but highly recommended) cold plunge to invigorate the senses and promote circulation. (30mins)

Light Lunch and Refreshments 12.00pm

Enjoy a nutritious and light lunch with refreshing beverages. This is a perfect time to relax, socialize, and nourish your body before the final session. (30mins)

Restorative Yoga with Tanya 12.30

The retreat concludes with a deeply restorative yoga session led by Tanya. This practice focuses on calming the nervous system through a series of floor-based, deeply relaxing poses. Designed to activate your parasympathetic nervous system, this session helps you move from a state of fight-or-flight to rest-and-digest, promoting deep relaxation and enhancing feelings of safety and belonging.

Arise from this practice feeling restored, revitalized, and deeply connected to yourself. (1.30hr)

Join us for a day of rejuvenation and connection at Lion's Breath Yoga Studio. 10am - 2pm light lunch included.
