I’m Tanya—a yoga teacher, designer, and certified meditation and breath work teacher. My vision has s been to create a beautiful, tranquil space for practice, learning, and connection, welcoming fellow teachers, friends, family, and all who wish to join us.

My Approach

In my classes, I weave together yoga asana, assisting techniques, breathwork, meditation, and philosophy. I also integrate my knowledge of pilates, shamanic practices, and Emotional Biodecoding, offering a truly holistic approach to movement, healing, and self-exploration.

I invite you to come, breathe, move, and simply allow yourself to be as you are.
