Tanya
Owner & Yoga Teacher
Welcome everyone! I'm a yoga teacher and designer and I wanted to combine my interests by creating a beautiful tranquil space to practise and teach yoga in with my fellow teachers, friends, family and others who will join us.
I completed my yoga teacher training in Frog Lotus, Suryalila, Spain under wonderful teachers such as Vidya Heisel and Lisa Dunne.

In my classes I will bring my knowledge of yoga asana, yoga for the nervous system, the yoga ethos and philosophy along with my training in pilates, shamanic practitioning and Emotional Biodecoding (how trauma shows up in our body and our every day lives) to approach my yoga classes in an holistic way.
I invite you to come and allow yourself to just be as you are.
Belinda
Pilates Instructor & Personal trainer
Belinda is a qualified personal trainer, mat pilates and reformer pilates instructor.
​
With 15 years experience in teaching she has trained and taught in Ireland and Australia.​
Clients benefit from Belinda's background in ballet through the graceful flows she creates and loves to challenge her clients through their practice.
It is a privilege to have her impart her knowledge of the anatomy and fitness with us in the studio.

She will be teaching mat pilates at Lion's Breath on Thursday mornings at 10am, book online to hold your spot!


Amanda
Yoga Teacher

Practising since she was 17 Amanda is deeply connected to the practice of yoga. Amanda credits yoga to completely transforming her entire life.
“In developing my own style as a teacher, accessibility is the most important thing for me. As someone living with a chronic illness I wanted to create classes for all bodies, not just young, energetic, flexible ones. My mission; Yoga for every. body.
My style, is a little bit of everything, mostly vinyasa, some hatha, a sprinkle of Iynger and any other knowledge I’ve gained over the years to assist you in unlocking your own healing potential. “
Amanda studies health science & nutrition and supports people in improving their relationship with their bodies & mindset. she encourages people to make the most of the meditative state you create using yoga, breathwork & meditation as tools to rewire the neural networks in your brain which supports you to integrate all this new knowledge and make transformative changes on & off the mat.
“For me, yoga isn’t an asana or a pose, it’s a feeling of inner peace. At then end of my class, I hope that all of my students leave their mat holding a deep sense of peace. When we can bring our yoga off the mat & experience the world with a calm nervous system, we experience a different world ✨. “
Ashlea
Yoga Teacher
Ashlea trained in Suryalila, Spain to be a yoga teacher and never looked back. She brings her whole heart to her practice and you will often hear her say that she is "merely a guide for you in your practice."
Her humility is infectious and allows you to connect with yourself on your mat during her classes that run through a seamless vinyasa flow. Her ladders are her speciality.
Ashlea will be teaching a sunrise flow at Lion's Breath on Friday mornings at 7.30am. Book early and set your intentions.


Jennifer
Yoga Teacher

Jennifer has been practising yoga for many years and found that yoga brought a great sense of calm and grounding to her life.
She wanted to deepen her practise so she completed her teacher training in @froglotusytt in Spain. Jennifer is also a primary school teacher and has a passion for helping people learn. She brings her kind and soothing energy to all of her classes.
She enjoys planning creative and challenging flows and creates a safe space for her students to connect, explore and rest.

As an internationally qualified Pilates instructor with BodyHack (Active IQ), Jen is dedicated to helping people discover the transformative power of Pilates.
Jen’s journey into Pilates began as a personal one, stemming from her struggle with bulging discs in her spine. Through the practice of Pilates, she not only found relief from my physical pain but also experienced a shift in her overall wellbeing. This sparked a passion within her to share the incredible benefits of Pilates with others.
Jen believes in the power of mindful movement and its ability to improve strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness. Jen’s aim is to guide you towards a healthier and more balanced lifestyle.
Beyond Pilates, Jen is a firm believer in holistic wellness and the importance of being kind to our bodies. She is constantly exploring new ways to enhance overall well-being, be it through nutrition, mindfulness practices, or self-care rituals. Jen strives to hold a space where her clients can not only achieve their fitness goals but also nurture their minds and souls.

Ciara' s belief in yoga as a holistic practice is not just about mastering asanas (postures) but rather a lifelong journey of self-discovery and inner growth. She views yoga as a means to harmonise the body, mind, and spirit, creating a profound sense of balance and well-being.
Ciara's passion for yoga extends far beyond the mat. She is dedicated to sharing the immense benefits of yoga with her students, emphasising its transformative power not only physically but emotionally and mentally as well. Her classes will be a blend of strength and serenity, where students are encouraged to explore their boundaries, both physically and mentally.
