Select a class that suits your mood, energy level or experience. With lots of options and a range of teachers there is something for everyone.

Beginners, Intermediate, Advanced & Private One to One classes

CLASSES SUITABLE FOR BEGINNERS

Tailored for participants from beginners to advanced levels, these classes provide in-depth guidance on various yoga poses (asanas). Our instructors offer variations and modifications to ensure that every participant can find a suitable movement for their practice. Hands-on assistance is available.

  1. Yoga for All: This class welcomes participants of all levels and includes hands-on assisting. 

  2. Hot Yoga for All: This class welcomes participants of all levels Monday 

  3. Ashtanga: Open to all, based on a set sequence of poses referred to as a series that is repeated each time you practice.

  4. Yoga Basics and Relax: Suitable for everyone, this class includes hands-on assisting and focuses on relaxation. 

  5. Feel Good Flow: A class open to all, emphasising a harmonious flow in your practice. 

  6. Mindful Movement: Suitable for all levels, this class encourages mindful yoga practice and includes meditation.

SOME EXPERIENCE

In these class, variations and modifications are provided to accommodate all levels. Hands-on assistance is available.

  4. Hot Yoga expect a challenge: Not as many cues an opportunity to deepen your practice.

  5. Power Yoga: A dynamic and energetic form of yoga. Students are encouraged to explore variations and make modifications as needed.

  6. Yoga Basics and Relax: Suitable for everyone, this class includes hands-on assisting and focuses on relaxation.

  7. Feel Good Flow: A class open to all, emphasising a harmonious flow in your practice.

  8. Mindful Movement: Suitable for all levels, this class encourages mindful yoga practice and includes meditation.

INTERMEDIATE - ADVANCED

All of our classes are accommodate intermediate to advanced practitioners. However, if you're seeking to deepen your practice even further, we offer two specialised classes that focus on specific asanas not typically covered in regular yoga classes or sequences that require less detailed instruction. These classes are tailored for individuals eager to enhance their practice and gain a deeper understanding of yoga.

  1. Power Yoga: A dynamic and energetic form of yoga. Students are encouraged to explore variations and make modifications as needed.

  2. Flow and Restore: A flow sequence tuning into the nervous system ending with restorative poses

Hands on assisting offered in both.
