Yoga Teacher

 Oonagh Hoey,  is a dedicated yoga instructor based in County Laois. She holds a 400-hour RYT certification from Frog Lotus Yoga International in Spain and is also certified in Rainbow Kids Yoga. 

 

 Oonagh specialises in teaching Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Rocket yoga, and meditation practices. Her teaching philosophy centres around the belief that "movement is medicine," aiming to guide her students toward holistic well-being. 

 

In addition to her extensive training, Oonagh has been involved in leading unique yoga experiences, such as full moon sequence flows in various locations. 

 

Her classes are designed to accommodate practitioners of all levels, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for all attendees.
