Rachel
Yoga Teacher
Rachel studied Hatha and Vinyasa yoga in Rishikesh, India. She uses traditional styles of breathwork and movement to create an authentic and accessible yoga practice.
Rachel's flows are strong, energising and playful. Her classes offer a supportive environment for students to challenge themselves in their practice.
We are thrilled to have Rachel as part of the team at Lion’s Breath. Her genuine enthusiasm for both her own practice and teaching others, along with the sense of community she brings through her early morning pre-yoga runs, is something that naturally inspires those around her.
Join Rachel in studio on Wednesdays and Saturdays and always an option for a run before class on Saturdays!
