Niamh

Yoga Teacher

Niamh completed her 200 hours with Hearts of Courage under the expertise of Susanne O’Niell and Maura Rath. Niamh is also a certified yin yoga teacher and chair yoga teacher. 

 

Niamh found her love for yoga through physical injuries and has since seen not only the benefits of yoga in the physical body but also the mind. Niamh sees her practice as a lifestyle and it is her passion to share the benefits of yoga with others and showing that yoga is for everyone. 

Niamh’s class offers a gentle slow paced flow with calming restorative poses suitable for all levels. Niamh will guide you through some breath work techniques and mindful movement you can take home with you.
