1 hour 15 minutes – Gentle Movement, Breath-work, Meditation & Yoga Nidra This class is a soothing blend of gentle yoga (asana), conscious breathwork (pranayama), calming meditation, and deep rest through Yoga Nidra. Designed to support and regulate your nervous system, the session offers: An introduction to how yoga influences the nervous system, with gentle movement to ease the body and calm the mind. Breathwork and meditation practices to deepen awareness and promote a sense of inner stability. Guidance on moving with safety and ease, building confidence in your practice and understanding of foundational yoga poses. A 30-minute guided Yoga Nidra practice – a deeply restful, meditative state between wakefulness and sleep, enhanced by a calming body scan. No experience is necessary – this class is ideal for anyone seeking rest, nervous system support, and mindful connection.
