Movement is taught in a flow sequence to complimentary music allowing you to check out of your mind and in to your body. Modification and variations are offered. Experience is of benefit for this class as there are fewer cues.
This exclusive class is designed to support your pregnancy and postpartum experience, centering on pelvic floor health, breath-work, posture enhancement, upper body and glute strengthening, mindfulness, bonding with your baby (for expectant mums), and personal rejuvenation.

Relax in the peaceful and cosy surroundings of the dimly lit lion's breath yoga studio and fully immerse yourself in some self care for 120mins. A caffeine free tea will also be offered at the end to sip before you leave.
