The Calm Reset

Gentle movement, breathwork, meditation & deep rest

The Calm Reset is our signature nervous system experience – designed to bring your team from a state of stress and reactivity into one of calm, clarity, and presence.

This one-hour immersive session begins with gentle, mindful movement to release tension from the body and reset posture after long hours of desk work. We then move into guided breathwork to downregulate the nervous system, followed by a grounding meditation to still the mind and encourage focus.

 

The session closes with deep rest – either through Yoga Nidra or a supported restorative pose – helping to integrate the experience and leave participants feeling refreshed, restored, and ready to return to their day with more clarity and ease.

 

Ideal for workplace wellness days, team-building mornings, or post-project decompression, The Calm Reset offers a simple but powerful pause – and a new starting point.
