This deeply restful session is suitable for all levels and no prior yoga experience is needed. The Grounding Reset focuses on slowing down, supporting the body in passive stretches, and cultivating a profound sense of stillness—something rarely experienced in the pace of modern working life.
Held in the calm, candlelit atmosphere of Lion’s Breath Yoga Studio, this session offers your team a chance to fully unwind and engage in meaningful self-care. Led by studio founder Tanya, the class integrates principles of nervous system regulation, restorative yoga, and trauma-informed facilitation to create a safe, welcoming space for all participants.
The experience concludes with a warm, caffeine-free herbal tea to help gently transition back into the day.
